By purchasing this curriculum from Angie Katzberg (aka eAthlete Nutrition), you understand and acknowledge the curriculum is intended for school use only.

YOU CAN:

• Use the curriculum yourself in your classroom.
• Share it with a fellow teacher/coach within your school district to use in their classroom.
• Use the curriculum to provide education to students and/or athletes of the school.

YOU CANNOT:

• Resell the curriculum in any way to friends, colleagues, family members, etc. as all materials provided are the property of Angie Katzberg.
• Reuse the curriculum year after year as you will lose access to part of the curriculum and it is updated on an annual basis.  
• Take any content, images, packages, copywriting (website included), programs, or courses and use them as your own, in any way. 
• Give this curriculum away for free.

PAYMENT:  Payment is due in full at time of purchase.

REFUNDS:  Due to the nature of digital products, there will be no refunds.  

TERMS:  This agreement is good for one year, from the date of purchase.

PACKAGE DETAILS:  The curriculum is 100% digital.  It contains 29 video lessons, each with associated assignments, handouts, and quizzes.  It also includes a User Guide, Reference lists, Answer Keys, and other teacher resources for each lesson.  

This Service Agreement and the terms within are governed by the state of Nebraska in the United States of America.  Should a need for legal action arise, any dispute and need for the court will be held under the jurisdiction of Nebraska, United States.
